The sensor

Safewall places nine epoxy-encapsulated sensors on three lines, fixed to the barricade mesh and wired out to a box on the wall face. Wired sensing reads through paste thickness that wireless can't reach.

How it's deployed

From mesh to clearance in four steps.

  1. Fix to the mesh

    Attach nine sensors on three lines across the barricade mesh before spraying.

  2. Wire to the box

    Run the three lines out to the box's three terminals on the wall face.

  3. Spray the barricade

    Spray the paste barricade over the sensors; they read through the full thickness.

  4. Read clearance

    The box and cloud confirm when the wall can take the plug pour.
